Prema <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flandersinvestmentandtrade.com\/export\/sites\/trade\/files\/market_studies\/2018-Retail_sector_Serbia.pdf\">istra\u017eivanju agencije FIT<\/a>, maloprodajne kompanije u Srbiji u\u010destvuju sa 38% u ukupnom broju kompanija, \u010dime zapo\u0161ljavaju 19% svih zaposlenih. Ovo \u010dini sektor trgovine u Srbiji relativno fragmentisanim, usled \u010dega se javlja potreba za optimizacijom poslovanja i proaktivnim tr\u017ei\u0161nim pristupom. Iako je doma\u0107e tr\u017ei\u0161te poznato kao tradicionalno po pitanju potro\u0161a\u010dkih navika, <strong>bele\u017ei se sve ve\u0107i broj onlajn transakcija<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema najnovijem istra\u017eivanju Sa druge strane, potro\u0161a\u010di sve vi\u0161e koriste digitalne kanale kao izvor informisanja u procesu kupovine, a tako\u0111e o\u010dekuju besprekorno iskustvo u svakom segmentu prodajne usluge. Usled toga digitalizacija i ecommerce postaju sve zna\u010dajniji deo poslovanja retail kompanija. Tome u prilog ide i podatak iz pro\u0161logodi\u0161njeg istra\u017eivanja kompanije . godinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahtevi tr\u017ei\u0161ta, stavljaju menad\u017ement kompanije pred novi izazov, a to je unapre\u0111enje postoje\u0107eg sistema i ubrzano prihvatanje novih analiti\u010dkih alata. Me\u0111utim, tradicionalna IT infrastuktura ima odre\u0111ena ograni\u010denja koja usporavaju taj napredak. Usled toga, <strong>veliki broj proaktivnih aktera na retail tr\u017ei\u0161tu prepoznaje<em> cloud<\/em> kao re\u0161enje koja pru\u017ea neophodne mogu\u0107nosti koje tradicionalni sistemi ne mogu da isporu\u010de<\/strong>. Glavni razlozi su njegova pouzdanost, agilnost i skalabilnost, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava pra\u0107enje rasta i nepredvidivih potreba retail poslovanja, kroz primenu modernih prediktivnih alata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"ez-toc-container\" class=\"ez-toc-v2_0_82_2 counter-hierarchy ez-toc-counter ez-toc-custom ez-toc-container-direction\">\n<div class=\"ez-toc-title-container\">\n<span class=\"ez-toc-title-toggle\"><\/span><\/div>\n<nav><ul class='ez-toc-list ez-toc-list-level-1 ' ><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-1\" href=\"https:\/\/mainstream.eu\/sr\/blog\/4-segmenta-koja-se-prvo-migriraju-na-cloud-u-retail-u\/#Odakle_poceti\" >Odakle po\u010deti?<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-2\" href=\"https:\/\/mainstream.eu\/sr\/blog\/4-segmenta-koja-se-prvo-migriraju-na-cloud-u-retail-u\/#Retail_cloud_primer_iz_prakse\" >Retail cloud primer iz prakse<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Odakle_poceti\"><\/span><strong>Odakle po\u010deti?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U momentu kada se kompanija odlu\u010di da pre\u0111e na <em>cloud<\/em> infrastrukturu, \u010desto se postavlja pitanje odakle po\u010deti. <strong>Umesto da izvr\u0161i potpunu i nepromi\u0161ljenu migraciju na <em>cloud<\/em>, najbolji potez za menad\u017ement bi bio da identifikuje najkriti\u010dnije segmente procesa i prvo migrira njih.<\/strong> Prema <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/digital-mckinsey\/our-insights\/the-cloud-as-catalyst-for-retail\">istra\u017eivanju kompanije McKinsey<\/a>, maloprodavci veruju da \u0107e se do 2020. godine upotreba tradicionalnih re\u0161enja sa dana\u0161njih 43% smanjiti na 29%, \u010dime bi ve\u0107i deo poslovnog procesa <em>retail<\/em> kompanija pre\u0161ao na <em>cloud<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavni kriterijum prilikom izbora klju\u010dnih segmenata procesa bi bila njihova pogodnost za primenu nekih od naprednih analiti\u010dkih alata. Da bi kompanija iskoristila pun potencijal clouda i prediktivnih alata mora konsolidovati veliki broj raznovrsnih podataka na jedno mesto, \u010dime bi se stvorili uslovi za njihovu nesmetanu analizu. Takav koncept se zove Data lake, a upravo njegova primena za razli\u010dite segmente poslovanja bi kompaniji donela pouzdranije informacije za dono\u0161enje poslovnih odluka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za <em>retail <\/em>kompanije postoji vi\u0161e pogodnih segmenata, ali u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva se odnose na kalkulisanje cena, iskustvo korisnika i upravljanje zalihama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kalkulacija prodajne cene<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cena je kriti\u010dna za potro\u0161a\u010de i direktno je povezana sa mar\u017eom koju kompanija ostvaruje. Iz tog razloga retaileri moraju konstantno da prate pona\u0161anje konkurencije, istoriju prodaje, analiziraju mar\u017ee i predvi\u0111aju budu\u0107u prodaju. Me\u0111utim, ve\u0107ina trgovaca to obavlja manuelno. Podaci se nalaze na razli\u010ditim kanalima \u0161to \u010dini njihovo prikupljanje i analizu kompleksnom i vremenski zahtevnom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Cloud<\/em> omogu\u0107ava retail kompanijama da integri\u0161u podatke iz razli\u010ditih izvora na jedno mesto i na taj na\u010din sa\u010duvano vreme iskoriste za analizu podataka. Tako\u0111e predstavlja dobru podlogu za primenu naprednih alata za analizu podataka \u010dime unapre\u0111uje brzinu i kvalitet procesa dono\u0161enja odluka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Program lojalnosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Retail kompanije sve vi\u0161e izdvajaju novca ne samo za akviziciju novih potro\u0161a\u010da, ve\u0107 i za zadr\u017eavanje postoje\u0107ih. Programi lojalnosti su od velikog zna\u010daja za produ\u017eivanje \u017eivotnog veka potro\u0161a\u010da i postizanje \u010de\u0161\u0107ih i vrednijih kupovina. Me\u0111utim, i oni imaju svojih pote\u0161ko\u0107a. Identifikacija potro\u0161a\u010da putem razli\u010ditih kanala je te\u0161ka i uglavnom se ne analizira u realnom vremenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Cloud<\/em> mo\u017ee integrisati razli\u010dite izvore podataka kako bi prikazao pona\u0161anje potro\u0161a\u010da kroz transakcije, mobilnu aplikaciju, web, pa \u010dak i dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee. Kompanija mo\u017ee iskoristi integrisane podatke kako bi&nbsp; kreirala personalizovanu ponudu za potro\u0161a\u010da u realnom vremenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Omnichannel<\/em><\/strong><strong> narud\u017ebina<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pregled zaliha u realnom vremenu je preduslov za uspe\u0161no obavljanje <em>omnichannel<\/em> prodaje. Me\u0111utim, retail kompanije uglavnom imaju problem da usklade stanje zaliha na svim svojim kanalima. Iz tog razloga se de\u0161ava da naru\u010deni artikli \u010desto ne budu prisutni u nazna\u010denim prodajnim objektima. Do toga dolazi usled neuskla\u0111enosti POS sistema i sistema upravljanja zalihama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Cloud<\/em> bi mogao da pru\u017ei integrisan uvid u zalihe u realnom vremenu na svim nivoima, kanalima i me\u0111u svim korisnicima podataka. Za <em>e-commerce<\/em> to mo\u017ee biti podloga za primenu naprednih analiti\u010dkih alata, koji potro\u0161a\u010dima mogu prikazati ta\u010dnu lokaciju i stanje artikla, obra\u010dunati sve potencijalne tro\u0161kove, porediti razli\u010dite alternative na\u010dina preuzimanja na osnovu razli\u010ditih kriterijuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optimizacija zaliha<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Retail kompanije se suo\u010davaju sa zna\u010dajnim izazovima pri upravljanju zalihama. Nepostojanje preciznih predikcija o kretanju zaliha, sezonska komponenta zaliha i neo\u010dekivani potro\u0161a\u010dki trendovi su samo neki od doga\u0111aja koji mogu ugroziti njihovo optimalno upravljanje. Ovo mo\u017ee dovesti do neefikasnosti&nbsp; upravljanja zalihama pogotovo u \u201cpeak\u201d periodima, zbog \u010dega je krucijalno imati pouzdanu i agilnu IT infrastrukturu, koja mo\u017ee objediniti sve izvore informacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trgovci i analiti\u010dari bi trebalo zajedno da rade na iskori\u0161\u0107avanju potencijala <em>cloud<\/em> infrastrukture i naprednih analiti\u010dkih alata koje ona omogu\u0107uje. Na taj na\u010din \u0107e mo\u0107i da izvr\u0161e precizniju predikciju zaliha i shodno tome optimizuju svoje poslovanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Retail_cloud_primer_iz_prakse\"><\/span><strong>Retail cloud primer iz prakse<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od uspe\u0161nih primera sa doma\u0107eg tr\u017ei\u0161ta je maloprodajni lanac <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mainstream.eu\/sr\/studije-slucaja\/gomex\/\">Gomex<\/a>. Veliki broj transakcija na dnevnom nivou, uz obiman program lojalnosti potro\u0161a\u010da \u010dine Gomex-ov poslovni i IT sistem veoma dinami\u010dnim. Kao deo procesa digitalizacije, menad\u017ement Gomex-a prepoznao je cloud kao optimalan pristup za re\u0161avanje rastu\u0107ih IT zahteva usled konstantnog \u0161irenja poslovanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prelazak na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mainstream.rs\/usluge\/cloud\/\">Mainstream Enterprise Cloud<\/a> se pokazalo kao najbolje dugoro\u010dno re\u0161enje. Obezbe\u0111eni private cloud resursi na Mainstream-ovoj platformi omogu\u0107ili su potrebnu stabilnost, ali i skalabilnost IT infrastrukture.
