Investing in a second location

Recovery needs a place the systems can fail over to. Your own second location means equipment, space and a refresh cycle.

Expertise

A narrow specialty that is rarely used in practice. The knowledge is kept up through projects and tests that a single company doesn't have enough of.

Testing

A real test takes preparation, coordination and the time of people who have other duties as well. That is why it is rarely carried out and often postponed. The recovery time written into the plan is the recovery time we, too, have to meet.

It starts from what the business is looking for: which processes must not stop, how long they can be unavailable and how much data can be lost. Disaster recovery designed for your business

Mainstream DR runs on HPE Zerto technology. It provides recovery points measured in seconds and application recovery in minutes  but how much of that you really need is up to you. The goals are set according to the business, and the solution is designed according to them.

A simple billing model

Our pricing model is predictable and transparent. You only pay monthly to protect workloads, and you only pay for resource usage when the protected systems are actually running in a disaster recovery environment.

Monthly price for workload protection

The monthly protection fee is calculated per protected virtual machine, on a monthly basis. The price also depends on the selected period of journal retention, because longer retention enables recovery from data loss in a later period of time.

Compensation for working in a DR environment

The Disaster Recovery Environment operating fee is charged only when the virtual machine is started in the Mainstream Cloud for testing or real recovery procedures. It is calculated based on the time the VM has been running in the DR environment and includes the resources used to run it.
