  • Can Nextcloud replace the collaboration tools we use today?

    For file sharing, meetings, document editing, calendars and email, yes. Many organisations also run both for a period, and Nextcloud can connect to existing SharePoint and Outlook during the transition.

  • Where is our data stored?

    In a data centre in your country: Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia or Greece.

  • Can we keep using Outlook?

    Yes. Nextcloud integrates with Outlook for attachments, calendars and contacts.

  • How is it priced?

    Per user, per month, based on the number of users, storage and the apps you need. Contact us for a quote.

  • Can Nextcloud run on our own servers?

    Yes. If your data must stay inside your own facilities, we can set up and maintain Nextcloud on your infrastructure.

  • What happens to our data if we leave?

    Your data stays in open formats and can be exported at any time. Nextcloud is open source, so you can also move it to another host.

  • Is the AI assistant required?

    No. It is off by default. When enabled, it runs on local infrastructure and your data is not sent to external AI services.
